Placing Orders

Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your Cerulean 6® order as quickly as possible! Here are the shipping methods available:

United States

Standard: 3-7 business day delivery. Free for orders $50+

Express: 1-3 business day delivery. $8.95 flat rate

Rush: Next business day delivery. $19.95 flat rate

Orders placed Monday – Thursday by 1 PM Pacific Time can qualify for express shipping. Weekend or holiday orders may have delayed processing times.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor status via email and your account dashboard. Please allow sufficient transit time before reporting any missing deliveries.

International

We proudly ship Cerulean 6® products to over 50 countries worldwide! Delivery timeframes vary by destination.

Standard: 5-15 business day delivery. $19.95 flat rate

Express: 3-7 business day delivery. $29.95 flat rate

Customs, duties, taxes, and additional processing fees may apply for international shipments. You are responsible for paying any extra charges upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with any Cerulean 6® purchase, returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to qualify. Refunds are generally issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received by our warehouse. New order shipment may take an additional 3-5 business days after receiving the original returned item.

Cerulean 6® gift cards, services, or experiences are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when required by law.
